Interest is high and he will "for sure" OV to ND. He will make his own decision, kind of brushes off Arrington's comments about PSU because he is his own person and needs to decide for himself. Sampson, Brown, TJ and Anna have all made comments that this interest is real.

Assuming this is his observation (and not simply a repeat of something our coaches have said to him), that's a great sign. But his "white collar" comment makes me a little nervous. Depending on his background (of which I know absolutely nothing), rival coaches can use that against us.

That's a lot of very good information for us. He's looking up the campus online. He calls our coaches. He talks with them a lot. Denbrock is setting himself apart. He's buying into the degree value.

...So he'll probably end up attending Arizona State or something similar.

I'm really nervous about our recruiting strategy this year. This seems like another time that we're putting a lot of eggs in the "we're going to have a great year that will generate a bunch of interest from California kids so we're going to recruit them heavily" homerun or bust basket.

I hear you and I kind of feel the same. Im secretly thinking we're gonna have a great ten plus wins season. We are loaded with talent this year and of course it can always go either way as we all know, but this team has the personnel in place right now to be truly special! Let's just hope we can rise to the occasion in tough games and not let success let us down in others. This year has the potential to be the most exciting in years!

I saw the centienniel v serra game - he definitely stood out and was very consistent. Even during the pre-game, physically he stood out on the field. he looked different compared to the other players on the field. I know 'how players look' isnt necessarily a deciding a factor. But before the game I knew nothing of this kid, and I had mentioned to the person I was at the game with, "that kid looks like a man amongst boys" and sure enough during the game he played that way. this kid is a stud player.

I hate to compare to other players, but he looked like what I think a football player looks like; I had the same thought when I first saw Prince Shembo - dude just looks like a football player, and his play backed it up.
