Is that Big Lou's head superimposed on a fat kids body?

On a totally separate note, let's get Julian listed w the other commits on the front page.

Congrats to Julian, this doesn't get the fan fare it deserves because he's been straightforward and there was no suspense.

Haha, the Michigan Rivals writer Tim Sullivan put together an article on Julian with the general premise being he's deciding for ND this evening but has his quotes about other schools. However, at the end he writes "The Wolverines can remain hopeful, even if U-M isn't Okwara's choice this evening."

Hopeful for what? Fuck Michigan.

I'm a complete amatuer with regards to watching film, but my layman take is he could play at 240-ish and be an absolute terror rotating from OLB to WDE confusing the offense.

I really like this kid!

It appears that he has the physical gifts.

And, the more I hear of him, and words that come from his mouth, the more I think he has a great mental makeup.

Gotta love that.

Oh, and can we get him added to the commitment list on the main page?

Gotta love the family connection. Too bad he won't get to play with his brother.

Love the younger brothers. They get beat up and learn how to play from the big brother.

There is a ton to like about Julian Okwara. Earlier in the process, it was thought that the Charlotte (N.C.) Ardrey Kell standout was going to play linebacker at the next level and, based on his film from his junior season, Okwara was rated in the Rivals250. Now that everyone knows he will play defensive end at Notre Dame, his ranking will need to be adjusted. Okwara is on the smaller side for a defensive end (6-4, 220) and, while he is very athletic and a great pass rusher, he will need to add a lot of strength and mass before he could even see time as a situational pass-rusher in South Bend. - See more at:

Oh, so nice excuse to drop his rating based on hypothetical scheme fit at his hypothetical school... what happens if he decommits, rating magically goes back up? Rivals is the dumbest.

He was invited to The Opening. Anna was impressed by his length. He beat people with his quickness but needs to "reach" less and continue running through.
