Kid brings the crunch. He should be Capn' Crunch....can't wait to see him blitz and destroy a QB or two as well...
Whats up with this off season...QUIET signing day, some coaching changes, but minimal drama, and even some welcome good news today...Waiting for a Paul Bunyan sized shoe to drop here...but its been nice.
Riggs, now Sebastian. I wonder if this is going to become an annual thing?
Man, this is just a huge pickup. It's a position of major need and Avery comes across as a great young man.
I wonder if this pickup will allow us to redshirt somebody who wouldn't otherwise have been able to? If so, could pay dividends beyond this year, even.

Don't know if it'll prevent anyone from saving a year. I think Nico will see the field on Special Teams. Williams...don't know, maybe it saved one for him. I think a lot will depend on whether or not Baratti stays healthy too.
I wonder how long the conversations have been going on between Avery and the coaches? This seems like the perfect example of IE flipping out about how bad of a job the coaches were doing in the recruitment of a safety, all while they had a plan in place...
This is a great pick-up. I love his aggressiveness.

Any way he is able to participate in Spring practices, or will he have to wait because he is not currently enrolled?
