Disgusting. CNSChicago has the following video under the headline "Notre Dame unveils new Under Armour uniforms":

WTF is wrong with people? These look almost exactly the same, there is no dramatic shift to different color schemes. How is this receiving negative comments? I hope everyones stands up for these jerseys and puts positive comments everywhere and calls out these crazy statements.

I was just going through the FB comments and some guy put that "ND sold out big time. When did they change the colors from green to blue and white?"

Seriously?

Really? How? They're the exact fucking same.

No
The Adidas symbol was removed and the UA one put in a different place.
Cmon now

They look pretty good for a modern jersey. I miss the days when guys used to where half jerseys or jerseys tucked into their pads.

Belly shirts went out in the.......Nevermind they were never in. That would be an anti recruiting tactic

I've never posted in this thread...or even opened it until just now. I guess the uni matters a little to the ND "brand". But I really couldn't care less what they look like. If you line up each week and beat the shit out of the person in front of you...people will buy the damn jersey. Simple as that. OK...i'm back out of this thread.

Agreed. Some players have tried to bring it back particularly guys in Florida.

Personally I liked what Adidas was doing over the last few years. I got an away #5 in 2012 and it is my favorite. Either way I think we are on the right track with them and even the fan apparel has looked great on both sides as well. At any rate that little brand logo on the jersey makes no difference to me as long as it is accompanied with and interlocked ND somewhere along the line.

They do the rolled up belly shirts at a lot of the 7on7s

Yeah I noticed that. Thought it looked cool.

Also practically, when I played sports, I enjoyed looser uniforms compared to really tight form fitting ones.

Smart business decision on his part. Why go up there and answer stupid questions like "How does Notre Dame's investigation affect your brand?" You know he would get that question over and over again.

they could have just done a release with speeches but no Q+A time with the media. UA must be kinda bummed about this whole thing, they paid alot of money for this deal.

Yeah, because one tiny speed bump is going to lessen how much they make on the deal... They're charging $199 for the jerseys!

The pants are awful. The mustard pants were classic. Loved them.

The jersey could use a small, subtle ND at the bottom of the collar.
