Thanks my man! Got to the hospital at 10:15 and Luke Damian was born at 11:59, juuuuuuuuusssst on time for 4/20 for all you smokers out there (FML!). Fastest labor all-time; the Mrs. didn't even have time for the epidural but she soldiered on like Kellen Winslow. Thanks to all the well-wishers. I figure I'll be like IrishPat...calm for about 2 days and then I'll go bat-shit crazy on someone for some stupid reason lol.

We can see the Golden Dome and the Hesburgh Library from our room...pretty damn sweet way to bring in a future Domer.

Congratulations. I'm quite a few years ahead of you. My son (who's in his 20's) introduced me to this forum a few years back. My oldest son also follows IE. I can't reveal their online names, but I brought them over from the darkside several years back. I had to rescue one of them from being a fan of North Carolina. The other was a diehard Miami Hurricanes fan before seeing the light. Hopefully, NDinLA can get his son to see the light a little quicker than I was able to do.

My sons and my daughter have been a real blessing. My life would have never been the same without them.

There was no greater joy for me than bringing my son home from the hospital and putting him 6-inches in front of the TV screen for his first ND game (which happened to be the day we brought him home). I have no doubt NDinLA and NDinSB (your infant son's new name to me) will enjoy their Saturdays together this fall. Congrats!
