Also KC came into his ND visit knowing when he was going to announce. In other words his timetable for a commitment was already set prior to visiting.

What Lucky and Nuke said. I hate when I read a
comment and I'm all ready to post a response and it is already posted. But that really is the difference.

last rivals article (before 1st ND visit) he said he wanted to take his time so this could potentially be very good news for us

nothing on 247 or Rivals about his recent visit

If he makes a decision soon, I think it's a good sign for the good guys

You can look at it two ways:

A) Visited ND, wants to commit and is just letting it sink in before doing so
B) Visited ND, still likes OSU and sees no other schools better, wants to save a spot

This whole thing has been a good surprise! Hope it continues that way and we can snag him. LB is a huge need this year and Booker would go very nicely with Martini to start us off!

C) Will commit to Houston out of nowhere.

But yeah, there are really only those two ways to see it. Hopefully it's A.

Am I the only one who thinks OSU potentially filled up at his position and that made him look at ND / want to commit quickly now? If so, we all owe a big thank you to former lacrosse commit Sam Hubbard for hopping on board at OLB. I usually don't like eating scraps but if the scraps are 3 lobster tails and a filet I'll definitely take it.

OSU's 247 guy thinks that Booker will have a spot saved for him, I think, according to this tweet?

Oh then disregard everything I said and I expect him toned up at OSU still.

they have to save a spot for Raekwon and Booker said earlier he was a little concerned with the LB situation (already having commits plus Raekwon looking like a OSU lean) IIRC

If they're sending Vrabel to visit right after a good visit to ND, then Urbie is definitely feeling the heat. They're trying to call a timeout to stem ND's momentum.

Sapp said earlier that he doesn't think we made up enough ground.

Actually he said he doesn't think ND could make up enough ground as in he didn't talk to Dante or any sources but he thinks OSU has too large a lead. No offense to JSapp but I don't take his opinion on any recent events as worth any more than any of us since it seems he has only written articles on prospects if they contact him first and hasn't really being doing much on BGI recently

I'd have to agree, the way he said it seemed like it was more of an opinion based on what he's heard in the past. I'd be more inclined to go with Christian's version considering Sapp probably hasn't been on the top of his game the last few weeks.

Per Wiltfong he will visit OSU again in June. OSU still leads and he might just commit then.

If your a glass half full kinda guy Wiltfong added that we've heard this story before (him supposedly going to commit on his last visit)

OSU still leads per Dante himself this time (first time I've seen him quoted)

Booker's dad is high on ND and has told the staff Dante would visit a third time before deciding. Coaches feel like they have a chance.

Awesome. Don't want to get my hopes up because it sounds like OSU still has the inside track, but Dante is one of my favorite targets at this point.

gotta think the staff's batting average on three visit recruits is pretty high, that being said sounds like we still have ground to make up here.
