Clausen was a great ND player. Just surrounded by bad players and terrible coaching.

I don't think he was surrounded by bad players nor terrible coaching. Neither were they the best but far from bad.

I believe a healthy arm as freshman and no ligament damage his last year would have helped his performance significantly.

Enjoyed watching the guy play, it's just too bad he never had the team success like other great ND QBs.

I still think a few years down the road he blows up. I think he becomes a Matt Schaub type guy. Finds his way to a starter but not a Brady or Rodgers esque career. Maybe I am just nuts.

The jersey directly behind Clausen is #50. Any of you NFL fans know who that might be?

The jersey next to that one is cut off, but the 2nd digit is "2". Rudolph wears #82 for the Vikings. Might be his jersey.
