Seems like a very mature young man, with intelligence, presence and the air of a leader. Frankly, these traits seem to typify this class. Really, the highest marks for the coaching staff.

Two really important points about Eddie, and one more for good measure:

Whoever matched Eddie with Louis, to deal with distance from home, was beyond genius. You would think someone went off questionnaires that athletes filled out so they can evaluate personalities, and characteristics that match for best effect.

Eddie and the staff just broke it. Now recruits are going to check the Irish out and talk to the staff as a matter of fact. It is going to be on good and elite players checklists.

And, Brian Kelly clearly stated that he had a strong feeling that this class has 3 to 4 (of the lower rated recruits) that are going to come out of nowhere to have a big impact. Can you imagine?

This is absolutely incredible guys. Farrell said something pretty interesting that made a lot of sense. This isn't the class that will bring us back because we were 12-1 last year. But he said with Eddie this class is the class that will keep us as Elite for a long long time. And thats exactly how i feel.
