At this point it’s

Rocco Spindler - 10 ND CB’s, 6 Michigan CB’s
Jayden Thomas - 1 ND CB
Prince Kollie - 2 ND CB’s
Titus Mokiao-Atimalala - 2 ND CB’s

— 247, Rivals, and ISD CB’s included

After that I’d believe it’s just BPA cause they’ll be pretty much done for numbers for the cycle. Pretty exciting stuff!

Finally nice to have an optimistic and positive recruiting discussion. I'll throw my hat in the ring...

With the current scholarship count at 88 (not including Assaf and Grunhard), to get to 85 by the 2020 season start, most likely 2 of the 3 spots will come from players that will open a scholarship for the following year as well.

That would leave 60 scholarships for the 2021 team in the Sophomore, Junior, and Senior classes.

5th year options next year include: Armstrong, Davis, Robertson, Grunhard, Banks, Lugg, Gibbons, MTA, Wardlow, White, JOK, and Pryor.

Split into categories of:
Most likely - Banks, Lugg, White, Pryor
Possible - Armstrong, Grunhard, MTA
Less likely - Davis, Robertson, Gibbons, Wardlow, JOK

Early NFL entries possible - Austin, Tremble

My prediction would be, a few more off season subtractions that always occur between January and August, no early NFL announcements, and 5-6 5th years puts the 2021 team at 62-64 players before the current group of commits.

If the staff only takes a grad transfer or two, the recruiting class should be about 20-21.

I agree on the 19 most likely guys that have been discussed above. With Doerer exhausting his eligibility after this year, unless Leonard is showing promise, or Bramblett pitches double duty, a kicker might get floated at some point. My best player available list would be:

Edwards, Thornton, Colzie, Rucci, Tengwall, Milum, Bollers, Wright, and Davis.

Thanks for the analysis NewEnglandGuy.
Love to see the more strategic overview of recruiting and personnel (I am generally in the trees).

Thanks NewEnglandGuy. Very interesting take... I have nothing to add.

Cheers and Go Irish!!

Is Rocco still committing on the 8th or is he committing sooner?

A surprise would be Colzie.

Dude, I can't tell if you are trolling or have no idea what's going on in recruiting right now.

For the thread, I'll go with Kollie.

Looks like it definitely could be Kollie, Witflong just put in a CB for him as well.

if not Kollie other candidates are Jayden Thomas or Billy Schrauth. I'd be pretty shocked if it wasnt from this group.

I am far from trolling....

Unfortunately Colzie seems like a long, long shot at this point. COVID-19 only made staying close to his mom even more important. Florida is supposedly the school he is currently warm on.
