The Sega is available at Target already. I'm gonna pick that up if I can't get my hands on the NES Classic. Might just get both either way, though. I thought it would be cool to hoard as much "classic" gaming for my son as I can, that way we can play together once he's old enough.
The Sega thing is cool because it actually still has the cartridge spot available, in addition to the built-in games. Gonna end up spending a bunch of cash on old Sega games if I get that one haha.
That's where they (Nintendo) went wrong. I would have been all over this NES Classic if they had that option. I'm always worried that someday my top loading NES is going to bite the dust and I'll be screwed. A brand new NES console /w new controllers would have been great insurance against that happening. As it is, collectors like me have no real reason to purchase an NES Classic.
