I looked at that at Target also, had never heard of it to that point tho...
It's pretty good. I've talked about it in this thread off and on. It's a survival/crafting/zombie game where you get attacked by big zombie hordes every 7 in game days, with smaller groups of zombies the other days. You loot and build to try and outlast the ever increasing hordes...and the zombies are no joke. On default settings the zombies walk during the day, but at night they can run...and they're more powerful. Give a horde long enough and they'll tear through even concrete fotifications.
You can fine tune the settings on how tough, fast, and plentiful the zeds are. The console port was pretty buggy when it was first released, but it's stable now and nearly in line with the PC version. They only thing they haven't implemented yet is stand alone servers (Currently one player hosts the world and everyone connects to him). It's still getting new content, they're still adding stuff to the game at no charge.
If anyone has it or decides to get it, you're free to join our Tuesday night server. There's 3 of us on there, the only caveat is there's currently a max of 4 people per server right now. We're currently playing on insane difficulty and the zombies can run 24/7, but we can outfit you and show you the ropes. The game is most fun when there's multiple people playing, it's a lot harder and not as enjoyable when you're just solo trying to do everything.
