Right now I am doing the Dosarita and it is pretty damn good! They are still better if you are out for dinner with chips and salsa though.

Vanilla Java porter. Pretty good but definitely a little thin on flavor.

Southern comfort and egg nog.

No problem at all with the egg nog, especially when home made. It's the Southern Comfort that males me uncomfortable and a bit nauseous.

Cognac, a good Brandy, Irish Whiskey or a bit of Tennessee sippin' whiskey I can deal with ...

Eggnog is just about the only thing I use Jack for anymore unless I really want a Jack and Coke (which is very rarely).

My family nog recipe (supposedly handed down over the last 4-5 generations) calls for an entire 750ml bottle of Jameson and a jigger of spiced rum. What that rum accomplishes in a sea of Irish whiskey, I'm not sure. But it's damn good.

Sierra Nevada Celebration
SanTan Sex Panther Double Chocolate Porter (an average beer at best but one Hell of a name).

Had some Sierra Nevada Estate. Good stuff. Way smoother finish as compared to the standard Pale Ale:

Pike Post Alley Porter.

Nose is really weak with just a little roasted coffee. On the palate it is roasted coffee, and some cocoa. The finish is very over roasted coffee and rather bitter.

For $3 for a bomber I would say that it is ok.

Can you share this recipe? I'd love to hear it.

Today I bought an Arrogant Bastard Box for $20. It came with 1 22oz bottle each of Arrogant Bastard, Double Bastard, Lukcy Bastard and Bourbon Barrel Aged Arrogant Bastard. Not a bad deal for $20.
