Wait what? You didn't know who Jason Sehorn was? You never saw him play?

My god am I old! Thanks you jerks for making realize how old I am!

Everyone should know him because he is married to Angie Harmon. The guy could play too!

Jason Sehorn was never the same once he broke his leg in a preseason game returning kicks against the Jets. I'll never forget that. I remember the old Giants secondary of Jason Sehorn, Phillippi Sparks, Tito Wooten, and Sam Garnes

I'll never forget when Jason Sehorn was trying to hawk someone and his pants started falling down.

Interesting moves for McDaniel and Farley. Did not see those coming. I like the McDaniel move now that I think about it. Farley to safety I don't really get. Safety seemed like the one position where we don't need another body.

I read it as Farley was only WR last year because of depth and that he is back at safety because its a more natural position. Not necessarily a need but more as he will be much better there over WR.

Meh... just don't let Denard throw a goose for a touchdown please!

I don't think I've ever seen a white cornerback.

I just looked it up, the last white cornerback to start in the NFL was Jason Sehorn, who was apparently pretty good. Cam's got the hops to play CB, don't know about the speed and instincts. CB is easily one of the hardest positions to play. Did he ever play CB in high school?

And don't forget that Tom Cruise was a legitimate D-1 CB prospect until he sh!t on Coach Hayden Fox's lawn. Then he black-balled him...but then gave him a schollie when it was all said and done. I love stories of redemption.

2. Eilar Hardy - I think we know Bennett Jackson is a guaranteed starter and we know that the other starting spot is either going to Josh Atkinson or Jalen Brown... but does Hardy, who showed a lot of promise before tearing his PCL, switch to CB or stick at S? He seems undersized for S and with our lack of depth at CB it becomes almost a must to move 2 players over to that position before the fall.

Did I miss something about Lo Wood? I figured as the returning CB with the most game experience that he would most likely have one of the starting jobs...assuming he played well in the spring.

Looks like you were spot on with Lo Wood having one of the starting spots right now coming in to spring. We'll if that lasts.... personally, I think he is bizzaro Tommy Rees incarnated as a CB. It's not like he is bad... he plays with good instincts while on the field... but damn, that one easy TD to Robert Woods is all you really need to see on him. Just not fast, athletic or tall enough to be a starter with what he's shown so far. Hopefully he proves me wrong.

Regarding things like Wood and Jackson "starting" at corner: think like a coach--- I'd put my vets out there first in unproven yet-unearned situations too. You lose nothing on the first few days of practice to let the "old guys" have their moment. If they can hold onto it, fine; if not, welcome in the new. This is a loyalty thing and a feel-good thing. Diaco and Hiestand will get the best two in there soon enough. I'd expect Tommy to walk out there "first" too. And go behind some others soon enough. Same with Carlo or Fox, even KLM, although Lynch and Tuitt have done more to earn the first men up in their cases. Golic might even temporarily show up with Cave et al on the first line... but not stay. Keep the over-analysis of first glimpses down; the staff is watching a fluid situation.

Well, as much as I hate to say it, Rees probably is the best man for the job...today. See OMM's post above though.

This may work for all the positions but QB. I do understand your opinion. however ifwe are going to start a new QB you want to start from day one with our first couple teams we play are not very good. Let the offense build some chemistry in though games so that when it come to Michigan,OU,USC,Stanford they have a chance. If Rees starts against the weak teams and isn't impressive now you Change your QB and throw him into the heat against the really good teams that doesn't make any sense. That is a good way for a terrible record at the end of the year.

We're talking about the first couple days of spring practice, not the first couple games of the season. Geez. We have more than five months before the first game. Plenty of time for things to sort themselves out.

Councell must be progressing very well if Niklas is moving to TE.

Really? Damn. I assume a lot of that he gained during his rehab.

I'll never forget Reggie Brooks running past Jason Sehorn like Sehorn was running in molasses when Reggie had his dominant game in the coliseum.

Jalen Brown and Josh Atkinson.

From rivals out of high school

Jackson 6'1 165 40: 4.44 Pro: N/A Bench: 235 Squat: 395 Vert: N/A
Wood 5'10 160 40: 4.58 Pro: 4.3 Bench: N/A Squat: N/AVert: 27
Atkinson 6'0 180 40: 4.47 Pro: N/A Bench: N/A Squat:N/A Vert:N/A
McDaniel 5'11 190 40: 4.53 Pro: 3.97 Bench: 214 Squat:N/A Vert:34
Brown. 6'0 175 40: 4.4

They are all bigger faster and I would bet more athletic and stronger than wood

It was only 6 lbs, at 300 lbs, 6 lbs could be a missed bowel movement.
