Or the administration with a good horse, and then a dead lawyer......

Hey everyone! I'm an over aged want to be... and I'm going to use My Son to further myself. Guess who I am?
And of course, the administration will do nothing to respond to this, because they are lazy old farts. Unless there is a legitimate explanation at the end of this, I expect the University to clear house on this admin. This is beyond unacceptable. It's no longer a matter of the admin not caring about athletes, they just don't care about students period.

If my son was found innocent, I'd beat the dead horse with a good lawyer after this is all over.
Dude really? He's a former all pro who loves his son...
This is the scene where Andy Dufrense sees the end of the sewer pipe after inching his way through it for hundreds of yards.....

For reals.
While I kind of agree (and think this whole process has been handled horribly), I really don't know what there is to go to court about?
These five 100% did SOMETHING wrong. Whether it is something worthy of expulsion, or even just a 0 on an assignment, they clearly violated some sort of rule. I refuse to believe that anyone here is 100% innocent after being held out this long.
I don't buy into the mystique that these kids are purely student-athletes, but the fact remains that in theory they're here to get an education and to play football as an extracurricular. The school kept them in classes, they were just being held out of their extracurricular. I just don't know what they could go to court about about per se?
As stupid as I think it sounds, the schools defense would be that that they violated a school code (even if it ends up being a minor one), so they were held out of an extracurricular activity (even an activity as major as football, which really is not an extracurricular activity at all and more like a job). They were still allowed to go to class and pursue their education which is what the school would say is the players' #1 priority.
So ya, I think its BS, but I just don't think there is anything that these kids would logically be able to go to court over.
His son don't need help in that way. He's a smart man.
He's supporting his son.
Relax dude.

Hear ye, hear ye the Hearings are done!

There is no reason these 5 can't come running out of the tunnel first today, to sound of Born Free by Kid Rock blasting thru the stadium.
