I wonder if anybody is watching saying, "Boy, those ND fans are real douche nozzles!"
Total name drop but I'm friends with one of the best QB's in Iowa State History...Bret Oberg! Dude threw for four TD's and ran for another 2 when the Cyclones almost beat Oklahoma in 89. Anyhow, pretty random...continue arguing.
I'm actually very impressed with Iowa State and their fans. I don't know how they did it but they managed to get every single one of their fans to post in the same thread. Pretty amazing stuff. I suppose they had one guy hop on his John Deere and drive from farm to farm telling others about the Lazard thread. Don't know how they found enough people who knew what the Internet was. Can't even wrap my mind around that one. That's a pretty impressive feat. I don't think Notre Dame could pull that off. Kudos to you Iowa State and your dozen fans. And thank you for the corn.
I love Bluto random posts! How you been brofroanomo?
Been good. Busy working too much. Not looking forward to telling Bret that IE posters never heard of him.
You are a jackass. Just saying. I have an uncle who is a farmer (Minnesota not Iowa) and they have to be pretty ****ing advanced to survive. He has a computer that models weather for the next couple of weeks to 2 months that he uses to help him know when to plant and when to pick his crops. So basically, don't be a jackass, and have some class. Thanks.
I do not give any shits about your uncle or his magical computer. I didn't even make a joke about farmers, just ISU fans. I don't even know why I have to explain my joke to you. I will not be taking your feelings into consideration the next time I make a joke about Cyclone fans.
Classy, just as I said. Ripping on a whole team's fan base just because they have a couple of idiots on a message board is senseless. Rip on the fans making the comments, but there is no reason to rip on a whole fan base. I am not even an Iowa St fan, but I have seen our boards act just as stupid when we think we might lose a recruit (if you were around for Aaron Lynch's first thread you know what I mean). I don't care if you take into consideration my feelings, how about you take into account how your posts represent ND's fan base. Are you really being any better than them with your comments?

How many ISU fans does it take to disrupt a ND message board? Just a few, then the ND fans just start fighting each other because somebody has family from Iowa or something.
I come home and see this? One of you other mods can clean this crap up some. lol
Sorry for derailing the thread guys. I didn't think talking trash about ISU fans, in a thread full of trash talk about ISU fans, would send this thread way off course. If someone wants to delete it, that's fine. If not, I'm cool with that too.
I at least made Bogs laugh. If each day I can make one old person laugh, I feel like that day was a success.
Screw you guys making fun of Iowa. Really smart to slam the family alma mater and home state of a recruit. Grew up in Iowa, good people and great state. Try Zombie Burger if you are ever stuck in Des Moines.
Rhoads is getting it done at ISU. Big improvements in program facilities and building the fan base. They are far from elite, but they have definitely closed the gap between them and Iowa in many respects. So he can go be immediately featured in the ISU offense, beat some good teams and go to a few low tier bowl games at ISU while being and Ames superhero. Or he can go to ND and compete for playing time and (hopefully) national championships, but sit in a depth chart full of similarly talented kids. Hometown pull is strong everywhere and his local ties are as tight as any.
Farmers can go F themselves with an ethanol plant though. One of the few states you can still get non-ethanol gas because the farmers don't want to put that sh!t in their machinery but happy to force the rest of the country into it, especially those idiot city slickers.

Weird post.
I heard he was laughing because he was first in line at Bob Evans at 1630 hrs for their Senior Special dinner AND he had his ace in the hole, his Buckeye card for a 10% discount.
