Because if he ever needs a degree from anywhere-injury or whatever- which does happen-see Jonas Grey-Dayne Christ, KLM, George Aldridge, he will be one semester closer. BK realizes this and wanted him to finish.

So umm... yeah lynch to transfer... small chance that is not happening anymore and he is staying. About 10-20% chance.

I absolutely would welcome him back. He didn't do anything so egregious that I would banish him from South Bend. If he can man up in front of his teammates and apologize then step up and be a leader, absolutely.

Man this hurts so good. LOL I tell ya, I can't help but pull for the kid, wherever he ends up. I love the way he competes, the fun he has playing. Hard not to like that.

Now I think he plays out of control too much, and getting personal fouls is not going to endear him to a tired defense. I suspect he'll learn that lesson here or there or the NFL, but he'll learn it.

I'm in for the ride until it affects the team. Maybe it already has, don't know that. Once that happens, I'm out.

Ambivalence is my middle name :)

All I was saying the chances of lynch coming back are actually much higher than they were a couple days ago. It went from about .1 to around ten percent.

why though? if you're so miserable you're going to throw away a degree from a great university, why stick around for a month when everyone is going to give you sh*t? Idk, maybe I see it differently.. but I wouldn't put myself in that environment

I will take him back any day... I want our team to WIN back our RESPECT.. If that means letting Lynch back i'm all for it...Stay or go aaron was my fav. player along with Teo i'd love to see him back and all in..

I still say no chance of him staying..

Wow I didn't think about that. In any case, I hope he stays. However, given all that has happened, he seems like he would definitely bolt for the NFL after his junior year if he does stay at ND.

I'm not getting sucked backed into this. In my eyes, he's gone. That's it. If he comes back it'll be like getting a new recruit to me.

That is one of the best Ewing Theory stories of all time. And by now everyone knows how I feel about the Ewing Theory and Aaron Lynch.
