URL would do no good anyway. You have to be logged in to see the "No Sex At All" forum, and you automatically gain access after 3 months and something like 100 posts. No request required...unlike our old GC group which was pretty tame and classy.

I think the question is: where did the pics come from? If they were private pics taken by the person and GB posted them, certainly there could be a moral question regarding consent (Not that it's stopped the internet in the last 20+ years). If the pics were pulled from a public Facebook account however, what's stopping other people from pulling/viewing the pics? I think the origin is the important question.

In the end, I'm not terribly worried about it. This site is light years cleaner than other football forums like ShaggyTexas. They've got an entire thread dedicated to nudes (Some pretty explicit) that guys have received from dating apps. They also have a whole thread with ex-gf/ex-wife nudes so...yeah.

I'm with you Lion. All it would take is that chick seeing the pics and all of the comments and the site itself could be in real trouble legally. It's not a smart move.

Furthermore, it's not a very good thing to do morally. I don't think GB would like it if she was posting his pics on some website for ladies to talk about his appearance. I doubt he would like all of her comments regarding how he was in bed, his small hands or that he looks like a lesbian either.

But I'm just assuming...

While I don't agree with the posting of nudes of ex's, I don't believe that falls within the realm of "Revenge Porn" since the pictures that posters submit on that site are taken by the ex's and they're given to the posters willingly. They're not used to blackmail the ex, nor are they used to coerce them into continuing the relationship.

To give you a window into the Shag, a former Louisville cheerleader once tried (unsuccessfully) to get the Shag website admins to take down sexually explicit pictures of her that she took and sent to an ex. They were taken with her consent, but obviously she didn't want them posted online. After a long, drawn out legal dispute the Shag won, and now the website admin uses her picture (cropped only, PG quality) as his avatar.

Given the above situation, I doubt there would be any legal ramifications if GB took the picture from a public profile. Even if he didn't take them from a public profile, I doubt there would be any legal ramifications unless the girl in the photos didn't know her picture was being taken. Moral implications are a different matter, but given the fact she's clothed in the pictures we're not talking about cardinal sins here.

Well, it is the Shag, that's kind of their thing.

I don't recall the circumstances of the lawsuit the cheerleader tried to bring against the site, I know it got nasty on both sides, but the pictures were hidden from the public forums while you can find her pics on dozens of sites if you search "Louisville cheerleader nude" or use her name, which I won't do. Whether they had the legal high ground or not, it is a bit low of the admin to use her PG picture for his avatar.

Funny story since we are talking about the weirdness of posting girl's pics.

A while back I was on the Rivals MB and there was a poster that had a gif as his signature. I had no affiliation with this poster and if I can remember correctly, he was from SEC country. The gif was of a pretty good looking girl with long blonde hair, bouncing up and down in a vehicle with a low cut shirt, so her tanks were practically coming out of her shirt. Instantly I looked at it and knew exactly who the girl was. She is a friend of one of my friends ex-girlfriends that he met in college so this girl probably has no idea who I am.

I tracked the URL within the gif to a website that posts gifs and pics of hot girls and the shit that these posters where saying about this particular girl was disgusting. In the gif, one of her friends can be seen with a sweatshirt of their old high school. The posters went as far and somehow tracking her down and finding her Facebook and posting of her photos on the forum.

So weirdly strange. I ended up telling my buddy about it because at the time it was hilarious because of the coincidence, yet creepy. My buddy told the girl about it and authorities were contacted. I have no idea what happened after that or if the forum/pics/gif are still out there.

Not necessarily. If the person in the pic posted the pic to a public website, then THEY are the ones who put themselves out there for everyone to comment on.
