Actually I'm the fun maker when I hit the ND bar in Hermosa Beach as I'm in the misery loves company mode. Stayed at home today and the mother in law is here so that ain't helpin......

It was a compliment. I’m yelling the same things. Part of the joy of watching football.

ND gonna run away in the 2nd half. Keep leaning on them. They'll break now.

That 2 min drill started well. A terrible drop ball by Mack killed that drive. Than a very bad throw by Book. But we got 2 points. That’s a plus.

This offense needs to do something at the half don’t look good overall.

I think Book is a good QB and could potentially be great in the right system, but for this team with this offense this year, Wimbush is the better option. Book doesn't have the deep ball accuracy for the big explosive plays or the running ability to take a defender away to open up the run game. For all of BWs issues with the passing game, the threat of him running opens up more hole for explosive plays in the running game. We may have been able to build an offense around Book running RPOs or just more of a pro style offense with more intermediate routes, but I don't think we have the receivers to do that.

That was horrible game management by UNC. Absolutely horrible.

I was totally fine with Book throwing the ball up on that interception, but why throw it to Finke? That's the bad part. Finke's never going to fight off a DB on the 50/50 plays. Play design has been bad, all year.

Under Weis, Quinn threw those balls up all the time. That was the ND offense: dive, dive, bomb. Difference was, Quinn threw it up to Stovall and Shark. He never threw the deep balls to the smaller guys.
