Well, Bob, hope you get your wish, but 56-0 isn't us. COULD happen, but I'll be happy with 35-6, or thereabouts.

Our stifling Defense bends [on purpose] and so eats clock and gives our Offense fewer drives and long ones. Tough to get to 50 without Everett being able to complete bombs.

It's a non-relaxing way to win all the games.

Well, another sleepless night! WAY too much adrenaline pumping thru my veins to sleep. This trip has already been a trip that my wife, daughter & I will never forget. Each new hour brings more awesomeness! I sent a few of y'all a PM & shared our latest (and I say without a doubt)GREATEST moment at ND. I do not want to put it out here on the message boards because some will not believe me & some will say I am bragging or boasting. Those of you that know me, I think, know that I am being honest, but I do t want anyone thinking that of me, so I am going to wait a while before posting the story & pics. All of this & we ain't even got to what we came here to see!!!! Bigedefense shared the story of last night. Hearing it will make all of you very proud of the caliber of student athletes this team has. These young men represent the University of Our Lady exactly as you would hope. Can't wait for the pics big-e-d. Glad you are enjoying South Bend. Go Irish. Reps.

After the Pitt game I thought we would've rolled BC last week. I maintain that faith and think we'll dominate this WF team today.

youre right I prolly would matt murdock may be on that team and if he was it would be a huge advantage for them.

Wake has one good player on O... Michael Campanaro. He's very legit and could have a big day receiving. Besides that? To put it mildly, if our offense doesn't move the ball then we don't deserve our ranking much less to be #1 or #2.

I have the android NBC sports app and it is pretty good with wifi and even sprint's slow as smell 3g. I will be at an end of season party for the football team I coached this year. With the smallest team in the league by far we were still able to come in 4th place with final record of 6-4. Made it to semifinals of playoffs and lost to the team that went on to win it all.

To give an idea of how small my team was compared with others, we had 17 kids on the roster, half had never played football before. Our league has a monster man designation that keeps kids in my division over 80 lbs on the line and can't advance the ball. We had one kid like that and he was 81 lbs. The biggest team we played i believe had 28 players and 9 or 10 monster men, the biggest being somewhere in the 140-150 lbs range. My 65 lbs son was blocking him on o-line.

On today's game, I will try and have the game on at the party(not at my place) and if I can't I will be watching on my phone or waiting to watch it recorded when I get home.

I think we really take it to wake today. I believe they learned their lesson the past few weeks with close games. The line is 24 and I say we cover that.

I think BK understands the importance of national perception this week now more than ever. We should see bigger plays, more chances downfield, and and aggressive defense today. A close win would be detrimental, IMO.

It could be, but as long as Stanford or USC/UCLA or Baylor/Texas helps us out we'll be fine. But I really want a big win here. Not for style points but just for my own peace of mind haha.
