OL and 2nd safety could be downgrades from current year play but everything else should be equal or betterYeah sounds fairly definitive... him and Al Golden be a great combo for coordinators next year.. and I thought I was excited about this years team.. wow.. we are loaded next year...
See 9:45ff. II guys think Denbrock is "the high odds-on favorite."
THANK YOUi think its hilarious that practically everybody wanted Kelly and all of his staff canned for virtually his entire time at ND and now one of his long term assistants is on the top of everyone's list.
Same....LSU on O, was pretty amazing...as much as I hate to say it. Thank God they didn't have a half decent defense or he may have actually won a title this year.I watched a lot of LSU this year hoping BK would lose but I absolutely loved their play calling. Sure it helps to have a fantastic QB but you still need to call a good game.

it’s been pointed out that Denbrock is a very good recruiter so in combo with freeman it’s looking good on that front. He can pitch that he heismand.

There were few cooks in the kitchen when Denbrock was OC.THANK YOU
I feel like I've been taking crazy pills with all of this Denbrock praise. It wasn't that long ago we were lamenting his playcalling and wanted him canned. I know he just coached a prolific offense, but holy crap are people quick to forget.
And one was like Gordon Ramsey...LOLThere were few cooks in the kitchen when Denbrock was OC.
You don’t think he could’ve improved at his job in the past 7 years? Shouldn’t we all be better at our jobs after 7 more years of experience and learning?THANK YOU

The only official candidate named by Freeman so far is Gino. But a “national search” is underway. I won’t panic unless Gino becomes officially hired. I have to believe Freeman is too smart to take that risk.
I'm not 100% sold on Denbrock personally. I think he can be great if he has the talent to work with, which is an area we've been improving in with Freeman.i think its hilarious that practically everybody wanted Kelly and all of his staff canned for virtually his entire time at ND and now one of his long term assistants is on the top of everyone's list.
I don’t typically assume that the mentee is destined to be as good as the mentor. But who knows, maybe he could be. I guess nobody knows. “Panic” was hyperbole. You'd official panic if the protégé of the guy we want gets hired? Checks out
Denbrock's offense was good at Cincinnati too. It was the best of the BK boys club at ND when he was heavily involved! This just in, Player caller with Heisman winner looks good at his job
Oh absolutely, I was merely also laughing that when he was here, we were calling for his head. He's clearly improved since, and he always was a good recruiter. You don’t think he could’ve improved at his job in the past 7 years? His results speak for themselves
