Soggy wet turd take. Every GD person has an opinion on roster moves. I think I'll trust Freeman and Joe to decide how they keep/build their culture and which players they should retain.Nice. Letting experienced OL leaders leave again. What could go wrong?
We'll never have a coordinated media campaign to push us into the playoffs because not only do most of the national guys hate us, half of our "beat" doesn't like us either. This is why I don't waste my time on ND podcasts or any sites other than this one. Too many of "our guys" either clearly don't like us or are always trying to be "objective."Circulating on Twitter is a screenshot of Prister’s weekly column Thursday Thoughts.
He said Miami deserves to be in over Notre Dame

I don’t get this. You should always have money to pay 8 guys. Planning on only starting 5 OL through out the year is never going to happen. You need at least 8 ready to play every year and they will all play and probably start at varying points.Knapp, Sully, Craig, Lambert, Jagusah....Black, Otting, Augustine, Those are 8 guys for 5 spots. Another 2 younger guys and freshmen could emerge. Not saying I agree, but I see the logic. If Wagner $ could go to a stud DT or WR...
Who pissed in your Cheerios or did someone say god damn again and fuck with your impeccable virtues.Soggy wet turd take. Every GD person has an opinion on roster moves. I think I'll trust Freeman and Joe to decide how they keep/build their culture and which players they should retain.
I'm sure you and others will be on the boards crying after the first sack given up, talking about how the coaches messed up.
There are at least a few people on Twitter saying they are cancelling their subscriptions. One of them tagged Driskell, who then defended Prister for offering his opinion and scolded the tagger for tagging him, but then said he vehemently disagreed with Prister. The lead writer of one of NDs biggest media publications advocating against Notre Dame. You can’t fucking make this up how dumb some of these dudes are.
By the "last year" rationale we beat the #4 seed in the playoffs. That should count for something .There are at least a few people on Twitter saying they are cancelling their subscriptions. What makes Prister's stance worse is that he used last year's SMU team and Louisville's last 3 years' performances as reasons why Miami's 2 losses shouldn't be considered bad losses.
Last year? I posted this already...By the "last year" rationale we beat the #4 seed in the playoffs. That should count for something .
I was referring to our win over Boise State this season. If SMU is a "good "loss for Miami b/c SMU made the playoffs last year, Boise should be an even better win for us. But yes, this too.Last year? I posted this already...
BIG 10: 6-3
SEC: 2-3
Big 12: 0-1
ACC: 0-2
G5: 0-1
ND: 3-1
Lol I don’t think he’s right. Miami doesn’t “deserve” crap. They won by a FG against ND three actual months ago. A holistic view of both teams continues to show ND is far better, presently.TP is always trying to be rational. We all know he's right, but you never admit out in public in the middle of an onslaught from outside the ND bubble.
