He obviously is an ND fan. I dont hate on fellow ND fans. He pumps out a ton of content to get me through the off-season. I got nothing but love for fellow Irish lovers. Including all you crazy people. That being said, I wouldn't mind if he would slow play it a little, like Lou used to. He came off as kinda arrogant when he was on the Miami podcast. I loved how Lou would talk like he was taking on the 85 Bears every week.

What Rudolph did last year is as impressive as anything Hiestand did while here imo. I'm hoping by the end of the year, ND fans are gonna be giving Rudolph his due.

Driskell’s issue with Rudolph going back the last two years is his staring lineups coming out of camp. It was Coogan in ‘23 and Pendleton last year, were both ended up being replaced at some time mid-way though the season.

I think he’s a great OL coach and carries his weight recruiting. He obviously goes against the grain sometimes (starting Knapp at A&M), but I think that means he knows his personnel very well.

I saw a clip of him at Miami beat guy debating the upcoming opener. Driskell thinks Beck is not a good QB based on last season. He’s gonna drive that into the ground despite the fact that if Beck gets time he can carve up any defense. He’s proven it in the past. Last season, he had a shitty OL & average WR corps. Driskell may expect a 2024 version of Beck, but I will give the kid the benefit of the doubt. Not saying he’s the #1 QB in the draft class like some said in the past, but he’s clearly capable of beating talented defenses regardless of last season.

Driskell is as Driskell does. I've liked Rudolph's ability to develop and replace guys after injuries. Time will tell, I still hold Harry in high esteem. We'll see how many NFLers Rudolph puts out here.
