Awesome get. Team could be NASTY in a couple years. If Brey got ND to a #2 seed with 3 stars (I know we had tourney trouble) then we should take off with these past two classes.

I don't recall maybe Carr was but I don't know if they tracked or ranked kids like that back then.

15th overall. Consensus 5-star from Tabor Academy (New England Prep School Basketball is out of this world).

Brey offered him last week and he plays with Demetrius on his AAU team and was at the announcement last week.

Had to be part of a package. A 6'6" PF with only 1 offer and that being Central Michigan? I know Jackson is a 5 star talent but taking a kid that will probably never see the floor when you only have 12 scholarships just feels .... dirty? Would have much rather used the scholly on Gavin chilling but oh well.

Even if he was a stretch because of some package deal, I don't mind... Demetrius is one of those players that a program like ND needs to get over the hump.

With that said, I'll be looking forward to the development of this young man.

It's not dirty. He is a good player. He will see the court definately

Just read on south bend tribune he wears a size 16 shoe. Coaches may feel he isn't done growing?

More importantly he has a 40" vert. That is elite.

Do you mean Gavin Schilling? If so he probably wouldn't get an offer anyways. Quite a few coaches/schools stay away from Findlay Prep.

Yeah that's who I ment. NDs Coaches have seen him play a few times before when he played in Chicago before moving to Las Vegas.

Basically it's just a basketball team and they don't give a sh!t about academics. I can't really explain it very well, read this article.
