Well, the glory days sure didn't last very long.
One great season now SC is sure to be a powerhouse again shortly.

We really need to throat punch them in a few weeks to get a good recruiting class. Then hopefully, after Golson returns, the sanctions still taking a season or two to rebuild, we can have momentum again.

Marqise Lee potentially with an injury that can hold him out for a few weeks. That leaves them with 2 scholarship receivers... We will be fine against them.

That said, this news is highly disappointing.

He's doing alright as defensive coordinator for Denver.

Anyone following Carroll would've had to fill a tall order, throw in the sanctions and you are big time in the hurt locker.
Hopefully USC will thrash around like the Irish did post Holtz; I couldn't take another USC domination. I'm good with another ND domination.

What USC giveth ... it can taketh away ... and in the process it could maketh its head football coach homeless.

Coach Lane Kiffin is reportedly raking in more than $2 mil a year. TMZ has learned ... USC wanted Lane so badly, the school gave him a $500,000 loan toward the purchase of an insane $5.5 million mansion in Manhattan Beach.

Now here's the rub: Under the terms of the loan, if Lane gets fired or quits, USC can demand the $500k back, STAT. And Lane has to pay interest to boot.
