Been a member for three years there although I rarely post. Definitely recommend trying it out to anyone here.

I hated the article. Why should I be a fan if I can't smear some kids character, commitment and/or intelligence for not choosing our school? Further, we should celebrate the opportunity to liken a recruit's mother to a streetwalker or call into question the intellect or manhood of a recruit's father when they don't choose the golden helmet.

It's arrogant to suggest an imaginary moral line we should not cross when it comes to recruiting. Matt might get elephantiasis if he stays perched in that ivory tower.

Thanks man! I love the Irish Envy community and we definitely don't want to steal you from it, but I think people will see several familiar faces over on the ISD boards as well! (Plus some good info and discussion!)

ISD is by far the best pay site IMHO, and I’ve had subscriptions to them all at one point or another. The message board isn’t a cesspool like so many of the other sites and that alone makes it worth the money. And then the info you get it top notch. Christian and Freeman kill it with recruiting, Jaime does awesome breakdowns of the football team, and no one has better inside info on the beat than Freeman. The owner has bringing it as well (awesome “Intel” story this week on the summer workouts, for example. Totally worth the monthly (or yearly) fee.

He was Irish Badger on ISD for a while and I think Irish Gopher on of the other pay sites. If you see Irish Hawkeye or another BIG mascot after Irish assume it’s him.
