This used to get updated w/ a brief summary (premium content) regularly with every release. It's been a long time since someone actually did that. Did I miss something as to why no one does it anymore? This used to be one of my favorite threads.

I think the ISD people asked for sites to stop giving their summaries for non-subscribers. Which sucks for us but is understandable.

Nobody has come out and asked specifically. I can only speak for myself but I decided to stop because IE has a good relationship with specific people over at ISD. Want them to stay in business so it was more of a respect thing.

The ISD Intel info still gets dispersed into various other threads here sooner or later, so there's no real loss for IE. But ISD did ask us directly to stop posting full summaries here, which we have done out of respect for their organization.

- Good anlaysis
- They don't tolerate needless disrespectful posting
- They don't publish rumors, so you know that you are getting good info (you miss out on some of the breaking stuff, but who cares if its not true)
- Because they treat recruits so respectfully, they get some inside scoops from time to time

Downside:
While it NOWHERE near NDNation, sometimes I feel like Mike is there to tell me why ND football should make me unhappy. Is there any other sport where your team loses a close game to a higher-ranked opponent, and it ruins your month?

My take is the opposite of Mike. I think he loves ND so much and just has battered fan syndrome so he's extremely guarded. I think it's effected him in a way that he only sees things in a negative manner because he's too afraid to see the good and get his hopes up. Just my opinion.
