A few thoughts.
1. If the injuries are really the reason he's mentally worn down, I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back after he gets healthy.
2. I wouldn't have booed him if I had been at the game, but I'm guessing he got booed because the previous week he was warming up with the QB coach doing drills prior to the preseason game. I thought I had heard it was his idea.
3. I have no idea how much pain he had, but if it was that bad why was he going through the drills?
4. Sports shows will now have doctors on their shows giving us their opinion on how much pain he may have which will create more discussion on if he's a quitter.
5. Lay this squarely on Ryan Grigson. If the dick would have drafted some decent linemen (didn't have to be Q quality) we're probably not having this discussion.
6. Given this will be Brissett's first go round as a starter under Reich, we'll see if he is good or not as the rest of the offense is playoff caliber.
