Fuller and TY on the same field? That's too redundant.

Also, I think Funchess is having an Ebron-esque break out year...Andrew loves his big boy targets. I think Andrew was behind the push for that signing imo.

Fuller and TY are very different guys. And, the biggest need at WR imo, is a legit WR2 that can stretch the D and go vertical to keep double coverage off TY. Last year KC simply blanketed TY and shut us the F down.

Funchess is a head scratcher. IMO, he'll just steal production from Ebron and Doyle. He's not all that fast, doesn't get separation or cushion, and has major drop issues. Everyone keeps saying that Luck will throw him more accurate balls. Except the problem, is that Funchess's drop issues are body catching the ball. Most of his drops are one when he's hit in the numbers or stomach. He does just fine with balls away from him. He'll be a RZ threat IMO, not much more. Certainly won't help keeping double coverage off TY.

Just saw that. He woulda been better going to WVU with his Father (Athletic Director) at the time. Harbaugh was too much.

Wow, very shocking and a huge setback for the franchise. Selfishly super pissed I traded for Mack in my dynasty league expecting that offense to be good for the future.

I was thinking this would be most out-takes. Pain pills and the Afghanistan war has been a hit on many of our good people tho...

Dearest Mother,

My boo boo has gotten the better of me. I have laid down my weapon and deserted my men. I have riches beyond belief and will be retreating to Cali to join the elites were beautiful snowflakes fall all year around. My beautiful bride said she may return my nut sack once I totally relinquish my toxic masculinity. I know that my brothers in arms are disappointed, but I must face the fact that I'm just a pussy from Stanford. I know that General Harbaugh would be proud.

Captain Andrew Luck (deserter)

Idk how bad the leg injury is but that's a shitty way to go out.

It's really a shitty move. I know he is flaky but you don't retire at 29 fourteen days before the start of the season. He really screwed them over.

He's mentally tired? Tony Romo played into his mid thirties with broken ribs and colar bones. He comes off as a bit of a puss.

Me to my friend earlier:
"I know Andrew cares for his team and the city, but he seems to bsbd so many other passions in life."

I find it really really hard to believe that a calf/ankle was the final straw here.

Just wish he could have done this in February.

Shocking, but good for him and best of luck to him! Certainly sounds like it was a personally difficult decision. He seems to know what it means to his future, his family and the only organization and its fans he's played for.

"I'm in pain; I'm still in pain," he said. "It's been four years of this pain, rehab cycle. It's a myriad of issues -- calf strain, posterior ankle impingement, high ankle sprain. Part of my journey going forward will be figuring out how to feel better.''

“I haven’t been able to live the life I want to live,” Luck said. “It’s taken the joy out of this game. … The only way forward for me is to remove myself from football.”

"It's very difficult," Luck said. "I love this team, I love my teammates."

The season he put together last year was awesome. Perhaps someone can explain why Colts fans would boo him. Best of luck to him!

Andrew Luck and his wife plan on staying in Indianapolis. "This is home," he said.

Jim Irsay took a lot of heat two years ago for his comment about some of Luck's issues being "between his ears."

Well?
