I really really really hope we get to see Wyman Manderly. His monologue with Davos is my favorite piece of writing in the whole series, still gives me chills every time I read it.

You can use it as adjective, but that's usually when people are seriously using the term, which is ridiculous.

In this case, it's a noun, but more specifically a title. It is the pronouncement that you think she is the best of all the women, but you are doing it in a way that pokes fun at the very term "bae."
