Lucky Jack Aubrey has us 2-0!
Yellows reset after the group stage, so those guys on a yellow should probably sit it out. If Paraguay manages to get a point from Turkey and we secure the top spot, then we can probably do a full rotation. So do we just rest everyone next week or go for 3-0?
Clock never stops in soccer. They just add that time on laterThe clock keeps running while the ref gets a rub down?
If you get two yellows in the group stage, you must sit out the next game. So if, for example, Balogun gets a yellow against Türkiye, he would have to sit out the first knock out game.I was surprised that Australia had more toughness in them to bang it out all through the 2nd half when we started to visibly fade out. Applause to our guys for reaching down and findng enough, but I was still surprised by Ozzies' grind-it power-through and our mild fade.
I need help on something I heard on TV and here on IE: It was said that since yellows will be wiped out after the coming game (as far as cumulation penalty is concerned) those guys should be sat out. It seems to me that's the opposite of what we should think: that is, --> another single yellow for any of them just gets wiped out for the next round like any other yellow. Since others are saying the opposite, I must not understand this. So help is needed -- help my curiosity please.
Morocco is just so much faster. Maybe Scotland can buckle down on D and score a messy goal to tie it. But it could also be 3-0 by now.Scotland caught sleeping
Red card for covering your month... That is crazy. Almorion should know that new rule.
Sports can be the 2nd most divisive thing on the planet, and at the same time be the most unifying.
Hell yeah, brother!Sports can be the 2nd most divisive thing on the planet, and at the same time be the most unifying.
A lot of discussion on fans trying to cringe copy other teams / chants. We absolutely just need to lean into college football culture for stoppages and overall game atmosphere. Give me some Enter Sandman, Jump Around, etc.
