Harbaugh would be most excellent. Great Chicago fit as well.

I didn't like the Trestman hire when it happened, and it has been all down hill from that day. Too bad we wasted the most talented roster we have had in a very long time on a guy that had no business coaching a premier NFL franchise.

my man

Wooly btw how can you be a Cardinals fan, Redwings fan but then root for two Chicago teams? You grow up hating the Cubs as well?

As my Pappous (read: grandpa) always said, "the only thing better than a Cardinal's win, is a Cubbie loss". The man watched every single Cubs game he could, rooting against them. Baseball was my first sport that I watched, and I watched it with him. A diehard Cardinals fan that grew up in St Louis.

Then, I grew up in southwest Michigan (down the street from SB and 90 min from Chicago). So I fell in love with Notre Dame and certain Chicago sports. I like the Red Wings because they are the best hockey team on the planet, that's all on that one.

Whats up with the LSU logo on your side?

I would rep you with some respect but I can't

Just my flavor of the week, I change it up every couple months. I have always really liked LSU and if I wasn't a ND fan LSU would be on my short list of teams I would root for. Just love the way they play football and a night game at LSU just looks incredible. I think Les Miles is the man too, growing up Northwestern was my second favorite school but they have been so bad for so long. At least Fitz has them as respectable now.I need to find a college basketball team to root for. For some reason though I just can't get attached to that sport though.

But the defense was very old in Lovie's last year. It was hanging on by a thread. Urlacher retired, Peanut can't stay on the field, Briggs isn't what he used to be, Peppers regressed, etc.

I think that "bad" often looks like "soft." They aren't very good. That doesn't mean they're soft. I just don't think they're a very skilled defense.

Agree to disagree. The Bears had the 5th best defense in the league in Lovie's last year. I do think you're right, though, about the current team's lack of talent on defense.

With all do respect, you're forgetting the most pathetic franchise in the league... My New York Jets.

if your talking about bad teams, then you got to mention my OAK Raiders....from 2002 till present(12, going 13 years), no team in the history of the NFL has lost more games, and won less games in same time period. not even those sorry-ass Texans from the 20's-30's or whenever.....don't forget about 0-7 this year added to those stats

OAK, the definition of a losing franchise;

I like the NFL, but its next to impossible for me to watch when my team is as bad as they are, for as long as they have been bad. I cant just drop my team and start cheering for another, so as a result, NFL just hasn't been that exciting for me for over a decade.

Damn, is that true?? Hard to believe the Super Bowl team was ~15 years ago for one, and hard to believe they've been THAT bad... like worse than those Saints and Bus teams from the 70s?? (I guess they played less games but damn)

My complaint is not with a particular game, but with the Cutler trade itself, and the priorities and misdirection of the Bears management team. Look at the abysmal Bear performance since the 2008 trade.

They are 56-48. I'm not satisfied with it as a Bears fan but there are a lot of other fans that would trade you records over the same time. Average yes, Abysmal? No.

I love it when people act like Harbaugh is "Mr. Tough Guy." He was literally reduced to tears on the Bears sidelines on at least 3 occasions by Ditka.

Have you ever wanted to kill someone, but you couldn't for one reason or another? It brings tears to your eyes.

I've had it. I thought the New England game was bad...it was, horrible, but this team is really testing the limits of suck right now....AND AGAINST GREEN BAY NO LESS! Great. Just fan-tucking-fastic!

If this night doesn't end with Trestman and Co. FIRED, then heads will roll. I vouched for Trestman for long enough, but there's one thing you don't do, and that's lose to Green Bay. And he goes out and loses to them twice, in embarrassing fashion.

Total and utter garbage. Emery made a huge mistake hiring this incompetent nobody, and he made an even bigger mistake to hire Tucker, and even more incompetent nobody.

I'm not fucking around either. They need to be fired RICKY FUCKING TICK! I'm tired of this mickey mouse bullshit! GET SOMEONE IN THERE THAT KNOWS WHAT THE FUCK HE'S DOING!

Just pathetic. 42-0. 42-0...FORTY TWO TO FUCKING NOTHING! AT THE HALF!...Get the fuck out of my city. This town deserves guys that won't quit, and they have the galls to put on that uniform and call themselves the Bears!? I spit on this proverbial clown car of incompetent hacks. Horrible coaching, horrible offense, horrible defense, horrible special teams.

Not gonna happen. This is not a rational situation. I was expecting them to lose, but this has intriguingly taken a turn towards bizarrely pitiful. Take this with how ND looked yesterday, and I'm understandably VERY pissed off.

Dear God, Rogers has 6 TD passes in the first half against the Bears. He is shredding that secondary. At least Bear fans don't have to stay up for the 2nd half. They already know the outcome of this one.

The Bears are the worst team in football right now.

I'm not usually a big "fire the coach" guy, but you have to wonder if it might be the move for the Bears tomorrow. Two winnable games coming up at home, so maybe you could breath some life into them with a new coach and grabbing two wins in a row. As of right now, they just aren't competitive and it looks like they've quit. You can't let that linger for the next two months. There is talent on offense, at least. This team should be competitive and they just aren't. Coach has to go.

It's also just a football game.

Trestman deserves to be on the hot seat. I would give the Bears 2015 first round draft pick to have never fired Lovie in the first place. Then again, that draft pick is looking like it might be a pretty high one now. For a team that prides itself on defense this is freaking embarrassing. I know GB and NE have some impressive offensive power but giving up 50+ points is gonna get your arse a little warm.

Second team in NFL history to give up 50 or more points in consecutive games. Somewhere down in Tampa, Lovie is smiling.

1923 Rochester Jeffersons no longer sit alone with that record.

Another question is When do you say enough Cutler?
