Anyone object to me changing the thread title to "Brian Kelly's Ego"?

I will forever be a believer that you can not be the HC and the head play caller in college football these days. If so, you better be prepared to have other phases of your team struggle. Maybe it is time for BK to give the play calling up and be the HC.
We tried that already...
Multiple games now he has shown he doesn't know the math for when to kick versus not kick for field goals.
Calling WR sweeps at the goal line is absurd. Throwing the ball so much when Folston is getting 7+ a carry is equally absurd.
And worst of all, he never gets the team up to snap the ball quickly on plays that might be reviewed.
Is it because he takes too much on his plate trying to call plays on top of everything else a head coach needs to do?
This was a worse loss than Tulsa considering we are into year 5 under Kelly and Northwestern might actually have less talent than they did.
Well... here is where I am with that. Last year when the offense struggled, Kelly wasn't the play caller. When it did well he was the play caller. I got the feeling he was playing both sides of the fence. Took credit when it was good... deflected when it was bad.
In order of most lol wut to least lol wut:
1. Going for 2
2. Not kneeling
3. Jet sweep
4. Not playing Redfield
5. Subbing in cold Cam for Folston
6. Calling timeout before field goal try
7. Pass, Pass, Pass in overtime
8. Failing to hurry up the snap after jet sweep play
Probably forgetting some things.
As far as kelly, ive already said my peace. The 2 pt try was laughable, just like 60% of his play calls this game.
It seems he has bought into his own myth.
Lol sureeee.We tried that already...
Cool story, try searching in the non fiction section next time."I've already said my piece".....
We scored 40 points, so he must have done something right. I'm not saying that he called a good game, or that he didn't make some highly questionable moves, but he didn't stink the joint up, either.
Kelly has to win the last two games and his bowl period. I am just completely at a loss right now. There is no silver lining here. Don't get me wrong, I still believe, but this is a major setback.
Yes. He works for ND.Is it illegal for Jack Nolan to ever just criticize Kelly?
If brown doesn't fumble or scores on that sweep, people would be saying that was a good call.

Well, I do agree, but if that's the case kelly should have never called a pass play. Which I wish he wouldn't have. Not when Folston was ripping 5-7 yards a pop. Makes no sense to run that play that deep in. Put a hat on a hat and put the ball in the end zone.
