It appears to work fine on this end as well…..it’s just not highlighted as a link. That’s supposed to be a link. I’m not sure why it copied that way. It works when I hit it.

Being at the game was the worst sporting event moment of my life. Just brutal. Incredible job by their fans though, they BROUGHT IT that night.I also randomly just got pissed about the game at Miami in 2017
That was one of those games between two evenly matched teams where one struck early, got all the momentum, and just didn't let up. It was like watching a fighter get nailed with a lucky punch early and just never recover. I still think if those two teams played 10 times, ND wins 5 or 6 of them.Being at the game was the worst sporting event moment of my life. Just brutal. I don’t think they were evenly matched. I think ND was the better team by a margin, but they just absolutely shit themselves in that atmosphereThat was one of those games between two evenly matched teams where one struck early, got all the momentum, and just didn't let up. You can take some comfort in the fact that every team has at least a couple of such games where you're probably the better team, you just don't show up, everything goes the other team's way, and you get embarrassed.I don’t think they were evenly matched. Lived in salt lake for 18 months. Convinced it’s right in the middle of the most beautiful place in the world. But I couldn’t wait to get out cause the food (and beer) sucked. Looking back I miss all the scenery and natural beauty but man was the food awful.Come to Utah. You'll think the Midwest has a new Indian trade route after being here for a couple of years.
Agreed. BK and his more business approach to every game wasn’t the best mindset. Not every game is the same. That Miami game should have been a statement for ND. “Go out there and do your job and good things will happen” doesn’t work 100% of the time. Any opposing team wants to beat you and typically playing with emotion since they want to beat NOTRE DAME while you are just showing up professionally and going through the motions. I hope MFMF can tap into the emotional part of our team to bring it in the larger games that matter.I don’t think they were evenly matched. Two things of note. It was obvious before kickoff that the crowd was a huge factor. Miami fed off it in pregame and Notre Dame noticeably clammed up. The only chance they had to win that game was if Wimbush doesnt overthrow the deep ball to St Brown that would been 6. As soon as that happened it was over. I also think it was Claypool maybe who dropped an easy 1st down conversion early. Notre Dame got spooked and really had no chance in that game when it was 0-0. Can't draw from that well too often without getting burned. Professional gets the job done more reliably, especially when you out- talent 90% of your opponents. Good coaches know when to press the emotional buttons, and I agree that Kelly wasn't good at that. I'd guess it had more to do with a lack of connection with his players than a slavish devotion to The Process though.Emotion > professional

SEC Network,
Thank you.
Love,
Everyone.
Look: SEC Network completely torched Brian Kelly and his ‘family’what's bland about bacon and eggs? Come at meTrue. But the midwest ain't exactly known for food. Very bland stereotype.
This is where I'm at. As much as I want him to see him fall flat on his face after the way he left, he's succeeded literally everywhere he's gone. It's unreasonable to expect he will fail at a school that will give him all the resources he needs to succeed, above and beyond what he even had at ND.It wouldn't shock me if his LSU career went either way. Sure, they are going to have a tough slate of games every season, but LSU can roll out of bed into a good recruiting class every year. CBK is a good to very good coach and unless he takes a total dump he will be there for a number of years. Grab an elite QB and he can run the table.

I don't think he gets LSU to a point where they're beating Bama and Georgia on a regular basis, I think BK will continue to struggle with those big games, but I think he gets them to perennial 10 wins within a couple of years.
Hope I'm wrong

Gonna go out on a limb and say BK is a far better politician than Bielema, and far more used to the big stage and the pressures that come with it than Harsin.I could see it not working out for personality reasons, a la Bielama in Arkansas. Hell, it's happening to Bryan Harsin right now.
He also doesn’t have boosters who will make up rumors about him cheating on his wife with a staffer in order to try and get him fired.Gonna go out on a limb and say BK is a far better politician than Bielema, and far more used to the big stage and the pressures that come with it than Harsin.
OGOMMThe Old Man follows rap and Brooklyn streetball. Impressive.
You're definitely not wrong. LSU is super dysfunctional, and implementing "systems" is BK's bread and butter. Lots of low hanging fruit there for him to pluck and then point to as a "See, I did that!"This is where I'm at. When hasnt BK done this at any stops? Has he ever accepted blame or held himself accountable?Kelly will have success by default. As much as we ten to loathe him now, he has the track record. The only thing that can sink him is if he does something stupid to alienate the players, fans or admin.
Completely disagree with this. That Miami team was nowhere near the level of ND that year. They had no business being in that game, let alone winning, or winning the way they did. Look at all the metrics over the course of that season leading up to that game and you'll see ND was straight obliterating opposing teams....good ones. That game was textbook BK business like approach failing to get a team prepared for a nightmarish road game at night against a quality opponent who absolutely hates you. If that game gets played 10 times, I'll take the over at 7.5. That roster was loaded and should never have found themselves in that position. The staff basically backed away from their previous gameplanning at the first sign of adversity. It was embarrassing (yet, that staff had a history of doing that)That was one of those games between two evenly matched teams where one struck early, got all the momentum, and just didn't let up. Did you guys see the interview of BK and his wife after they made it down to N'awlins?
