Yeah, this is unprecedented territory. You would think that some other school on their schedule could sue with standing to get an opposite ruling.How can a Lubbock judge determine what is done in other cities? So can a local judge of opposing schools ban Sorsby from playing in their city?
And not for nothing but he broke *actual laws* ... no idea what the statute of limitations is, but it's just unreal that this dude got an injunction with a trial date set for the week after the National Championship. It's pure corruption, Banana Republic style stuff.
