I think reasonable people would agree that his comment deserved that, even without any prior issues, which he also had.

That certainly sounds ban worthy. For the record I really didn't need to know what he said. If the mods think something is ba worthy then I'm good with it. I've seen a lot of leniency in here before.

You have to be able to prove intent, not just gross negligence. Wiz didn't know the messages were marked private at the time he asked to see them.
