Anyone with insider want to relay who they think is looking around?

Only about Clark's tweet.

There is a thread up on Michigan's 24/7 site though in which Lorenz states that he believes only 4 of their 11 commits are 100% solid right now. He said he won't name names but is preparing the board for a possible "dismantling of the class".

Most on the board think the 4 solid ones are Malzone, David, Runyan and Kinnel. Obviously Roseboro and Clark are park of the bigger, not 100% solid group.

Sucks if Kinnel is one of them now that we've got some interest there. He committed over a year ago, and has been getting alternative interest from some other schools recently.

I would've guessed Malzone, Runyan, David... basically all guys without good alternative options... and maybe Taylor because he blew out his knee.

It's funny because if you gave Brian Kelly this Michigan team... which has a very solid defense... I'd bet they'd be 4-1 at worst right now.

The major issues on offense all stem from the idiocy of their coaches. If they simply ran a spread that attempted to take advantage of Gardner's athletic ability and gave him designed runs, etc. they'd at least score SOME points. Instead they're trying to play MANBALL with a HORRIBLE OL, inaccurate QBs, and mediocre skill position players. Huh? How stupid is that? The only way MANBALL works is if you know that your OL can physically manhandle the majority of front 7s you will play.

I'd guess Clark ends up at OSU. Or some completely random school. Not ND. Would love to get that LB Kinbrow or whatever it is.

Malzone is a MAC level QB too, they need him to keep guys like Weber in the fold though, he's just a glue guy

Heh that was the guy who was too short for Diaco and plays at Georgia. Kirkland is theguy this year, and I wouldn't be totally shocked if we tried to get involved there if Coney goes to UF and Bilal continues to drag his feet. Kirkland is a MIKE-only type prospect and we weren't very interested before... but then again, we thought we could/would get Hilliard at that point soooo....

From what I've seen on twitter, Kirkland's having a very good year too, but he was also one of the UM commits who was always actively recruiting for them, so maybe he sticks.

While on topic, I learned from a friend over the weekend just how bogus concussion protocols can be.

Some of you may know the exact details, but apparently many schools and professional teams have the same cognitive testing that is done to establish a "baseline" when the brain is completely healthy. Then, after a head injury, the player takes the same test and has to meet or surpass the "healthy" testing level to be cleared for activity and to prove that they don't have brain issues.

What I learned is that it is almost universal that players intentionally sandbag the initial testing, that way they can easily attain that level again when needed, concussion or not.

Yep. It can also go both ways. If you show up tired or hungover or whatever and take the test, you can score lower the second time and despite being concussion-free.

You would think in this day and age that there would be an actual sure-fire concussion test out there.

Three Commits Looking To Visit Others

Exodus has begun. Roseboro told NC State staff he doesn't consider himself a Michigan commit, and will set up other visits (ND is possible). Chris Clark is already reaching out to other schools, namely Texas. Garrett Taylor is going to take all 5 official visits now.

Sucks that Taylor blew out his knee. I think ND would've liked him in our evaluation and we'd have been a serious player for him to fill that last safety spot.

Was Texas on Clarke's original radar? I feel like he is making his way across the country. Maybe he'll end up at UCLA after Alize switches to ND.

Okay. Now it's officially a mess. Hoke has said that he didn't see the hit and that he thought the hit was targeting - can it be both? I guess with replay?

This is a bad deal.
