Gardner is probably a round 5 or later pick at this point which would probably improve at the combine.

Selfishly I want my Eagles to take Braxton Miller with a mid round pick if he comes out. IMO he's got a NFL arm, just needs to greatly improve his decision making and accuracy. Also I kinda want to see Chip Kelly's offense with a mobile QB.

Geez... you Philly fans... haha

Has there been a hotter QB over the last month than Foles? The dude just blew up my Bears for like 100 TD's and you want to show him the door?

On the other end of the spectrum though...Vick should be gone. they have some nice pieces to build around and there is nothing saying Foles is going to continue to play with the best qbr in the league (nothing saying he wont either) but we have all seen the one year studs in the NFL. If someone like Braxton is available mid round like Philly said it really isn't that bad of a pick. I would hope the Eagle would address more pertinent needs first but if he was available in the right round it isn't a bad draft.

If Gardner leaves he gotta be a round 5 or lower pick at best. Hoke made a couple comments about players leaving a week or so ago that lead some to believe he may have been including Gardner. I don't see it, but I also don't think he is a lock to start if he returns.

Maybe he's doing the right thing and giving back the year of eligibility he doesn't deserve and lied to get.

In a good year, they might threaten for the Lesions Division title.

I went to the Google-Machine to look at the updated numbers on total wins and winning percentage. The all time winning percentage by college programs was quite interesting...

1 Notre Dame - .733
2 Michigan - .732
3 Grand Valley State - .732

Uhh, what am I missing? That GVS is third?

SportsNation believes Sparty (by a landslide) will be better than Michigan over the next 5 years.

O’Connor remains committed to Penn State, but other programs have reached out to gauge his status. Tedondo has spoken with Syracuse, Michigan State and even Michigan about O’Connor’s situation.

“I talked to Coach [Al] Borges and he told me that it was down to two guys. He liked Michael O’Connor a lot, but they were set on taking one quarterback in this class,” he said. “They’re off until Tuesday, so I sent him Michael’s film and they’re going to talk about it as a staff and get back to me. They were set on one quarterback, but they’re going to talk about it.”

Fellow Under Armour All-American quarterback Wilton Speight (Richmond, Va./Collegiate School) is committed to Michigan.

Ugh Collegiate was a rival high school for me growing up. UM can have him. Glad I can continue to root against him.

I'd hate for UM to get O'Connor though. He's a good player.

Really? Hayes is rumoured to be heading to the slot and clearly this move has been spurred on by perhaps a lack of faith that Green will develop into an everyday back. UMs running game is in shambles.
