My biggest concern was an insane NIL coming out of left field from an A&M, Miami, or Oregon to mix this up. If it is truly down to ND/LSU, I haven’t been as comfortable in this recruitment as I am now.
I feel like I won't be comfortable until he's on the field in blue & gold. Even if we get to that point I'll move on to thinking about the possibility that he lives up to the hype for us and then Alabama or A&M decides they wanna offer him 10+ million to transfer. My biggest concern was an insane NIL coming out of left field from an A&M, Miami, or Oregon to mix this up. That’s for the little guys, like the Pittsburgh’s and the michigan’s of the CFB world, to worry about.I feel like I won't be comfortable until he's on the field in blue & gold. I get this. but also trust Freeman to hire a good OCIf/once he’s on campus I’d worry more about Rees leaving and Moore not jibing with the new OC than I would about NIL from another school. QB1 at Notre Dame will be quite lucrative.
FixedHe's Irish. We just need to wait a little longer for the ultimate transfer to FSU…
If Buch has a national coming out party in Columbus, regardless of end score, I’ll be extremely happy. That’s for the little guys, like the Pittsburgh’s and the michigan’s of the CFB world, to worry about.
ND won’t lose a starting QB to NIL opportunities… Buchner is gonna start signing endorsements after his debut in Columbus lol
Buch gonna pop off like Manziel v. Bama way back when.If Buch has a national coming out party in Columbus, regardless of end score, I’ll be extremely happy.
I can’t hear you. There’s too much fucking money in my hand!Buch gonna pop off like Manziel v. Bama way back when.
Wrong thread again ?He's Irish. We just need to wait a little longer..
EJ and Hopkins are on another planet relative to Driskell. Like they aren’t even comparable in terms of things they do “poorly” as reporters. That skell Hopkins can’t get his story straight. Says ND is about to offer Dante a $1MM/year deal which is why ND is so confident. At the same time said ND is turning up the heat on Avery Johnson, which is completely untrue.
I know ND fans have their problems with certain ND reporters, but even Driskell is better than the likes of Hopkins, EJ, and co.
Turdle was hinting at JagusahWrong thread again ?
Agreed. I don't think either outcome - Bama hiring away Moore when he's a sophomore, or Freeman hiring an OC who screws up our best QB recruit in 15 years - is especially likely.I get this. but also trust Freeman to hire a good OC
Is that supposed to be a lot of money? That skell Hopkins can’t get his story straight. Says ND is about to offer Dante a $1MM/year deal which is why ND is so confident. At the same time said ND is turning up the heat on Avery Johnson, which is completely untrue.

I think Driskall is insightful and a grinder…but arrogant. ej is a clownEJ and Hopkins are on another planet relative to Driskell. Like they aren’t even comparable in terms of things they do “poorly” as reporters.
FifyBuch gonna pop off like Clements v. Bama way back when.
The fact that almost every other team that has been in on Moore now seems to be making a push on Avery Johnson - and we are not - is also a good tea leaf here.So sources at all of the other finalists feel that ND leads and remains the team to beat.
That seems like a positive trend in terms of off-the-record consistency.

Would definitely agree with this... And even if they just assumed it would be Tyler Buchner for a few years, they / we still dont even know what thats going to look like.I think a telling sign that Notre Dame clearly leads for/is about to land Dante Moore is their new found success in WR recruiting. Yes, Stuckey deserves a ton of credit. But I don’t think Notre Dame would have a chance to land all of James, Greathouse, Gallagher, and Flores if they didn’t know who will be throwing them the ball.
Oregon and Michigan seem to be shopping down a different isle for a QB now. Miami seems to be the biggest threat. The Irish seem to be in great shape. Hopefully A&M doesn’t come in and do some stupid bullshit.
