FWIW, Justin Lind, MSU 247 writer, came over to the II board to congratulate ND on the Paige recruiting win. He called Paige the real deal. In his opinion he’s one of the most underrated guys on MSU’s entire board and a really good pickup for ND.

To me it reminds me of Robert Hainsey in that this guy might not have all the stars in the world and highest upside, but he comes in the most ready to contribute and highest floor

Nobody saw it coming this strong, this fast.

I think the totality of ND blew him away. I think the fact he's a Catholic kid from a PA family may have gotten lost on many... kinda like Tosh in that he only went to HS in AZ after moving to Scottsdale from Carmel (Indiana).

The combo of HH and Freeman was a winner. HH playing Mr. Miyagi / Yoda and Freeman matching Riley's energy step for step.

Also, there's a strong bond between Paige and the Baker, Libman families. Tosh's best friend is Marcus Libman (Columbia's leading WR), Paige's friends/teammates are Tosh's lil bro, Luc and Libman's lil bro, Myles who is a P5 WR prospect if he doesn't go Ivy League like Marcus. The tightness and Tosh's positive experience at ND had to play a huge part.

I'm happy as hell he committed.

This was the point of my reference. Bobby's original post made it seem like tosh is gonna be a negative and it seems it was 180 the opposite.
