I think it’s rooted in that picture he took next to Goodwin where he legit look 4+ inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter.
The Dad said that Alt is now over 300 lbs and that was a couple of months ago.
On Wagner, I'm not getting the weight issue.
When Tyron Smith was being recruitied from Rancho Cucomonga to USC he was listed at 6'5" 250
Wagner is listed at 6'6" 265. that's not a bad launch point.
Plus it is 2021
Notre Dame has climbed the ladder of sophistication in

Further, we just got a sneak peek at a press release
APRIL, 2024
Offensive line U, Notre Dame, just had its bookends, starting tackles Blake Fisher and Joe Alt drafted #3 and #4. While Alt played right tackle, he was drafted to play left tackle.
Both had been captains, and it is unusual that captains leave early.
But, flanked by Fisher and Alt, newly minted head coach Marcus Freeman said
"We had lengthy discussions with Blake and Joe, and we felt we were comfortable with them moving on, and I was joined in those discusssions by Offensive Coordinator, Assisant Head Coach and GrandMaster Tom Rees and Offensive line coach Dough Marrone ": Blake........Yeah we felt okay with moving on because we were highly confident that Tyron Smith clone Aamil Wagner, now 6'7 312 poounds, and Ty Chan, now 6'6 322 pounds are ready to take over and lead Sedric Irvin and Justice Haynes to another season where each gain 1,000 yards on the ground." Yeah, they been Balissed.
Joe: Well, Blake that might be right, but Kadyn Proctor may be ready to make his move and will be trying to push Aamil and Ty to a backup role.
Watching this, head coach Freeman and Rees just smiled.
"It's happening," they both thought
Think big Lads. Sorin Did Corby did. Rock did Leahy did Ara Did Devine did.
If you're inflicted with smallthink or fear, well, you may be more suited for Ann Arbor.
