The Pac-12 won in 1995 and 1997 and those are the only two championships since 1975. I wouldn't be able to honestly tell you who but another poster says Arizona for 1997, and I think it's UCLA for 1995.

The Pac 12 sucks ass compared to the ACC. Sure, their top 4 teams are pretty good but the rest is hot garbage. The ACC will get 10 teams into the big dance and the Pac 12 might get 3 or 4. That stat tells us everything we need to know.

I attached a bracket tourney above. It’s a pretty fun bracket challenge to get involved in as they have all different ways to win but if for nothing else, maybe you will want to have some fun while giving back. Every year these guys give back to someone or something and this year it is for my wife’s Aunt who is going through another battle with cancer. The details are inside the link. I root for ND and all the Catholic schools...and against all the blue blood programs (UNC, Kansas, Duke, Kentucky)

this might be the year Gonzaga pulls it off (matchups are pretty good for them until the elite 8 IMO).

So how far is everyone planning on having ND go in their bracket? I'm pretty damn tempted to put them in the Final Four. I don't know if I trust them to win 4 games in a row, but I don't trust Gonzaga, Arizona, FSU, or WVU either.

Also, does anyone have any big upsets early? I'm going with Mid Tenn State, but I think everyone is pretty much. Toying with a couple other 5/12 and 4/13 games, but not sure.

I pick them to go to the Final Four every damn year(winning it all usually) ... and I mean every year, even in lean years when there is very little to no realistic chance, so yeah, not backing down now....

Mid Tenn States seems like one of the hot picks...

I got ND getting Bounced by WV but that is my usual move....

IF ND wins, I am ok with my bracket getting busted... If they lose, then at least I have my bracket to look forward to

This has been my usual move, but 2015 I had them going Final Four and losing to Wisconsin and then last year I had them going to the Elite 8. I had a terrible bracket last year (Michigan State as champs), but had ND's whole region perfect somehow.

I'm trying to find reasons to pick someone else in the West to go to the Final Four this year, but I just don't feel good about any team there.

I put them in the elite 8 most years. This year I might throw them in the final 4. Provably not though

Gonzaga is certainly beatable and it a better match-up for ND than either Kansas or UNC, but don't underestimate the Zags.....they are good. They remind many people of Wichita State of a few years ago, but there is no UK/match-up nightmare for the Zags either. It will take an incredible effort for anyone within the West to beat them.

I've got the Irish in the Final Four versus dook, and I really don't think that's too far of a homer reach. I just don't feel strongly enough about Gonzaga.

I've got MTSU as the trendy 12>5 traditional upset.

I do have Rhode Island and Michigan battling it out in the Sweet 16, with Michigan hitting the Elite 8.

I've also got Xavier over Maryland, but that wouldn't be a huge upset, despite the seeds.

Iona over Oregon is tempting, but I can't pull the trigger on that in a bracket.

VT over Nova in the Sweet 16 is another I thought about, but can't pull the trigger on that either.

Yes they are, and Purdue is kind of underwhelming as a 4-seed.

I actually tried to bid on Vermont in a tournament auction, but someone decided to way overpay for the upset potential.
