To me, the most meaningful response by Kelly in the presser was saying he needed to be a better coach. Re-connecting with the players, getting back in the trenches, good stuff.

I can't imagine the demands on his time but at the end of the day, winning is what creates the demand.

I don't know what this year holds for us but I like that Kelly is learning and makes adjustments, including to himself.

Sorry for the late reply Bog, I have been doing the airport thing all day.

Its just my personal opinion but I feel he cracked the two deep because of his familiarity with the defense being a senior and Collinsworth being out, along with Badger just returning. Then there is Hardy, Farley, Prosise, Shumate, and Baratti.

If Salvi does stay in the two deep I will try my hardest to be the first to congratulate him on here. I just don't see it happening.

To everybody on this thread:

Kelly always puts upperclassmen first in fall camp. Performance only breaks seniority ties. Salvi has another reason for being up there, adherence to A Team, and general attitude. Salvi is a senior, and a posterboy. So is Golic, sort of. He is a senior, that has worked his @ss off to have a shot at starting.

Of course, then Kelly looks for "seperation" to put the best player at the position for the season.

Can't believe Golic is listed as the top RG right. That's really the only shocker to me at this point.

He did perform admirably in place of Cave last year. Maybe he's earned it. Either way, it's only day two.

Not until Tuesday the 8th, which will be really nice, because instead of just 30 minutes (which includes stretching), they'll get a full practice to see. Then we'll get some great reports.

Chris had a catch in the first video towards the end.

My favorite part of the first video was when they do the break down at the beginning of practice and they all squat down before the jump and Keivarae is the only one still standing up. Then they all jump and he squats down. Haha poor guy had no idea.

My bad guys must have missed his catch. I just know they weren't being camera shy with Neal or Furgeson and was hoping they were keeping the Brown highlights until Dublin

EDIT: I went back and watched and it was a just a simply fly route with no D. Hopefully we get to see him do some 1 on 1 work.
