Thank God for Amir Carlisle and George Atkinson, because Cierre is for sure trying his hand at the NFL.

Part of me, most of me anyway, is okay with that because to me, that allows me to think that he will be on top of his game throughout the season. If he is wanting to be a 1st round pick and probably want to get picked higher then Floyd (bragging rights), then he will be giving it his absolute best.

I am not saying he wouldn't be if he was coming back (and he still might). Right now, I believe he is a 3-5 round pick (analysts), he will have to play himself into a 1st round pick. Should be a BIG year for him and for ND.

He'll say that Tommy made a mistake and wil lhave to bide by the rules of the law and the rules of Kelly, but will be given a chnace to redeem himself. As far as picking a starter, I think TR was already looking at 3rd string, but he just made BK's decision easier.
