Talking a lot that he's struggling with shoulder issues.
If his shoulder is THAT BAD to where his performance was tonight, he shouldn't have been playing. But I call BS on that narrative anyway.SI ran the story... some of it is over the top. Acted like he never through a bad pass till after the Clemson game. Not saying the narrative is 100% BS, but he's thrown plenty of bad passed prior to, and during the Clemson game.

Kid is unreal...WOW!!!
Lol gotta give credit when credit is due. Top5 college QB
I was hoping good things for him initially, but he seems to overly slamming ND.
So I really just don't care now. He went from being an X-ND guy that went somewhere else to get PT, to just a mouthy whiner with a grudge.
Can someone ban this child. Obvious troll, then has no balls to come back after the first drive.
He's had a hard on for Phil for awhile. Trashed Book, one of those guys. I'll never get why some fans won't support the QB that sticks around giving 100% and swoon for the backup transfers.
18/40It's just a shame that he had 2 INTs dropped and another called back on a laughable penalty. For all his talk and the narratives on broadcast about "practicing mad" and "show the world" he was one of the worst QBs we've seen this year.

All I'll say is if he legit believes he didn't get a fair shake....I have zero respect for him
What did he say today?
Thank goodness ND was built for 2020. Book was the obvious choice for ND this year. Hopefully the Book that played vs. Clemson & BC keeps showing up. Sky's the limit as long as Lea can re-match the O's play.
Regardless how 5*Phil plays in '21 or '22, this was the better outcome. It might be hard to watch him outperform ND's QB's in the next two season (IF that happens) but with ND peaking in '20 & Book being better now, it made anything that Phil becomes expendable.
Doubt it happens. Book 2021, Buchner 2022....
Have a tough time imagining Book will come back after this year. He's just played so many snaps in an ND uniform that he'll probably think it's time to move on.
Move on to where? 9-5 workplace and married life? Wont be the pros
A lucrative coaching career. He's Rees 2.0.

And a grad degree doesn't hurt.

Not specifically today, but they mentioned an interview he did (assuming it was this week), and interviews they had with the team, that he felt he didn't get treated fairly at ND, it's personal, and his teammates said he was practicing angry this week.
OK. I thought I saw all of it and didn't think it was a big deal but if he said that stuff this week, yeah bad look. The interview I saw I thought he went out of his way to be complimentary to his former teammates, ND and his ND experience. Anyway, with that said, whatever, who cares it's BC.
