If he is set on having a collegiate track career, I get it but we aren't talking Devon Allen talent here. Just how much of a factor will a guy whose best 200m time didn't break the Top 100 of this high school season and his 100m didn't break the Top 200. Oregon has guys that fast passing out water and towels.
