On Saturday he ran a 21.58 200 M and took first, in his second race of the season, at the Arcadia Invitational in California. Broke the school record.

Comparing that to some others' bests in HS:

Chris Brown = 21.60
CJ Sanders = 21.70
Troy Pride = 21.28
Jafar Armtrong = 22.13
Kenan Christon = 21.42 (just a Jr)
Anthony Schwartz = 20.47

Braden already building the foundation for GOAT status:

I never really expected Fuller (or Stepherson) to be the deep threats that they were. He's definitely coming in to try and fill their shoes so I hope he can justify the hype. We've got a ton of big bodied targets right now, and a Fuller-type would seriously complement that.

The only worry should be related to his ability to get separation at 20-30 meters instead of 150, since he's primarily a 200/400 runner but it's not a large concern.

As long as he's able to track the ball well, he should have plenty of speed to contribute. He needs to get on campus and get in the playbook because we always have need for speed in the offense.

He ran a 10.62 as a Jr. and he ran a laser 4.39 at the UA iLLSPEED in Orange Co. last year.

The reason he concentrated more on the 200/400 this year instead of the 100 was so he could compete with his teammates in the 4x100 and 4x400's to boost their chances at a team state championship.

People said that there might be somebody faster than Rocket Ishmail in football but no one had greater "effective" speed --- real comparative speed on the field.

If it is, it's lame. Taggart's slogan is "do something" and so Lenzy tweeted that? Hardly worth an article.

Unless there's more to the beef than that.

Going right over your head? lol

1. Taggart's slogan is "do something".
2. Taggart is at Oregon and is recruiting Lenzy.
3. In recruiting Lenzy, Taggart probably referred to his motto.
4. Rumors start about Taggart leaving which he denies to Lenzy and other recruits.
5. Taggart jumps ship, leaving Lenzy pissed at Taggart for not telling the truth.
6. Taggart and FSU are getting pounded by VT.
7. Lenzy gets his revenge by tweeting "do something" in reference to FSU's poor showing.

Clear as mud?

Whatever went down in recruiting, not wild about one of our players trolling the coach of a team we’ll play in a couple months. Poor form.
Hopefully, though, Lenzy is playing by the FSU game and can “do something” like run a kick back for a TD.

^Seriously. And not just athletes.

BTW this kid seems to have a good head on his shoulders and have the correct attitude. Looking forward to Braden doing big things on the football field in the future...like on December 29th running by Clemson DB's for a 50+ yard TD and also drawing a PI. Surprising Clemson defense who will have zero tape on him.

BK and Chip Long have a single, sure-fire deep throw drawn up that is guaranteed to work one time. It’s gonna be play-action, and it’s going to leave a WR streaking down the field wide open.

Lenzy is gonna catch the Chris Brown Special, aka the ‘Oklahoma ‘12.’
