My buddy just told me he didn't travel the last two games. I thought I saw him last night on one play.

He's not on the participation list. Don't think he traveled to LA.


From post-Cuse Tuesday presser:

• Kelly said freshman wide receiver Kevin Austin is eligible to play this week after being left off the travel roster last weekend for the Syracuse game, because of a “coach’s decision.”

That’s Kelly’s way of saying a minor disciplinary infraction.

i was just getting over the "crappy performance" hangover and starting to jump on the 12-0 we going to the playoff mood.

I think it was Prister who said it was no big deal and it sounds like it was a practice issue and was a coaches decision. And now they aren't responding to anything so need it how you want. But it's also rivals and IMO they never know what's going on anyways. If ISD is quiet about it then I'm a lil worried

I thought BK clarified during the week and said he didn’t travel to New York because he was injured, so maybe he had a setback?

But where there’s smoke, so on and so forth.

Maybe he’s on the Dexter Williams “Unspoken Four-Game Absence” plan?

he was on the depth chart vs USC that ND released, so strange he didn't travel. i hate smoke.

in all fairness, he's our best young WR, and currently 4th or 5th with very limited plays.

I mean what the hell else are we going to talk about after next Sunday :). The likely ND vs Clemson talk will only get us so far lol.. And you know we just can't have nice things for a full year.

I'm going to try to keep this post of wisdom in the back of my head these next 30 days; I'm in full fall-camp mode where anytime I see a player's thread get bumped my initial thought is, "is he hurt, is he transferring, or is he suspended?"
