Conor spent the day with his middle school granddaughter.
Anything on his visit? Would love to add him to Hiestand's stable.
Loy has stated that ND is out for Murray and that's all he will say at this time but will give details after signing day...Multiple posters have proposed that the staff was given a silent commit from an OL recruit (NPF) and Loy has not refuted it. I'm not sure if he puts in CBs for silent commits or not but there has been no movement yet. I think it might be just as likely that the staff did not like Murray's height but it's something to ponder
It would make sense if indeed NPF is a silent commit as he was included in the group photo of current commits. Hopefully it is true.

It's not true. He's not a silent. Unless certain staff members are out of the loop...
Murray not being a take could be a lot of different things. Loy not shooting down the silent commit angle is just a way to keep clicks going, IMO.
A reliable poster on another board who is from Florida says the word around there is NPF is backing off Florida and is a strong lean to ND. TWIW.
I never buy into this silent commit stuff.
Now this I've heard and this i can get on board with. Communication even since the trip has been great. He's only been back from the trip for two days so I'm not sure what he could have told UF for it to get around that fast. Time will tell.
NPF is arguably the biggest fish left in the tank for 2018, minus maybe ASB. Me personally, I'd take NPF
I want both. ASB can be a game changer as a receiver. NPF strikes me as a perfect fit for ND and HH.
Kid reminds me of Ronnie Stanley
Is this guy pretty much it for OL recruiting? Or are there other prospects out there? The current haul is not what we've become accustomed to.
Right? Not to be a debby downer, but HH has recruited very well before, and this is the most dominating OL we've had in his time, and he has potentially two first round OL to brag about. On top of that, NFL people are constantly tweeting about how great the ND OL is. This should be the easiest sell ever. I think we have two 3-star guys committed right?
And for the great OL HH has produced, he doesn't typically do it with 3-star guys. So the above point is a little concerning IMO.
Quenton Nelson - 5 star
Mike McGlinchey - mid 4 star
Ronnie Stanley - high 4 star
can't remember when Nick Martin came or how much credit to attribute to HH for him.

Yeah, deficient size sounds like something Loy could share. This sounds like something else, though I don't think speculation on what exactly is necessary
