lol ya because you don't tweet at recruits anymore you just talk to them on instagram. You were begging Malik Henry to come to ND and make a 40 year decision. And I am sure you did this with Liam Eichenberg as well. Also if you deny any of this or try to act like nothing is wrong with that I will post the picture.

That great Ohio class we were supposed to have is most likely out the door. Throw in the two IN boys and it'll be tough sledding. One positive is that Demario McCall might be a more realistic option with Walker at OSU

We all should accept right now that the '16 class... which some analysts rather laughably in hindsight thought could be a #1 style group... is likely going to be the worst one we've signed since '12. Michigan has the new coach bump for summer recruiting, Urban just won a title, west coast recruiting will be very hard with UCLA/USC where they are right now, Texas recruiting will be the hardest it's been in 5 years, and east coast recruiting has to deal with Franklin.

It's going to be a slow starting class (hopefully we hold on to Kraemer) that'll have a couple big names (like Haskins or someone like that at QB) and we're going to have to prove it on the field to real in guys late.

Also, this is going to be a very small class, similar to '12. We took 23 in '13, 22-23 (depends if you count Van Gorder the younger) in '14, and we're probably taking 23-25 this year. Then we lost Kinlaw to transfer, and will likely lose a couple more before all is said and done.

But in general, you've got about 65-70 spots spoken for depending on 5th years... so it's only going to be about a 15-20 person class without substantial attrition. Good time to have a "down year" recruiting (if we have one) and focus on big fish/positions of need.
