neat to see him get a TD and plenty of meaningful carries the other night and its a cool FU to MSU to let them see a 4th string RB run over them

Agreed. I was happy to see him get some action and succeed. I like to see those Florida players do well.

I liked the kid coming out of high school. And he has only impressed this year.

Saying that he looks so small out there.

But he has a future as a change of pace, 3rd down, slot type of back.

Maybe his playing time and performance this years helps with his brothers recruitment?

How about Mr. McIntosh....does his brother give ND a serious look now?

Was thinking the same thing. Not a bad fourth (or fifth after Wimbush) option. Kid is a stud. Would love to see his brother give ND a serious look.

Kid had a great game today!! Really impressed by all of our running backs. They can all play, but also give credit to the way our OL is playing.

He looked a little tentative in his first game so I was thinking he was a decent prospect who may eventually contribute but wow, he showed a lot yesterday. Very strong runner, unafraid to put his head down and has more than enough speed.

Serious question: who is our fastest RB?

If fastest = top speed

Wimbush

...then my eye test says Adams but in HS, Adams, McIntosh, Williams and Holmes all ran about the same 100m's so who really knows.

Top end speed Adams IMO per my eyes.

Very happy for him. He's playing well. Got to give Denson a lot of credit for recruiting and coaching up some of these guys. When they are called upon, they are ready.

I thought Holmes looked pretty good also. Got to feel pretty good about RB for the foreseeable future

The only running back i have been disappointed in a way with is Jones Jr. For being a bigger back back you would think that he would have more power.

After another year in the S&C though he might be a bull.

Yeah, TJJr has been banged up/unlucky so far this year, but in his opportunities to show why he was viewed as the solid #2 over Dex, there isn't much to write home about yet.

Disappointed isn't the write term IMO, but we'll see what happens if he gets a chance as a true #2 and can put his receiving skills on display a little bit.

Maybe that's the secret sauce they've been saving for USC and others.

the one player on offense I was excited to watch this year was tony jones, BK had me really pumped up to watch him after all the great things he had to say about his ability. up to this point I've been disappointed in him, so far deon McIntosh has proven himself to be clearly the the #3 rb on this team.

Hopefully he will get a lot of playing time in the fourth quarter bc we are up big. I bet big bro is chomping at the bits to decleat him if they see each other on the field.
